Class D stock was issued as a 10% stock dividend to holders of Class B stock on December 20, 1985 to Shareholders of record on November 27, 1985.

No, class D stock cannot be traded or transferred. However, Class D stock is convertible on a share-for–share basis to class B stock which can be sold.
How do I convert my Class D stock to Class B?
Sign the back of the certificate (Stock Power) and send the certificate along with a letter requesting the conversion to Computershare.
